About
Stephanie Stevens brings over 30 years of experience in the sales, marketing and communications fields to her real estate career. Stephanie’s passions for all things involved in home ownership are what first led her to be part of the real estate world. As a homeowner, who also owns rentals (which include both long term and short term rentals), she has a knowledge of what is involved in the decision making process for your investment! She has also been part of the home building process in her life, along with home decorating and remodeling. Her experiences in property acquisitions and sales are well rounded, and will help to serve a wide variety of clients.
When she’s not showing homes, you’ll find Stephanie working in her yard, garden, or on projects around the home in rural south Bismarck. She loves baking homemade goodies and hosting family events. She and her husband, Alan, have four children and two grandchildren, three Harley’s, and one spoiled cat.
