About
Island Cuisine LLC is a locally owned and operated family restaurant offering authentic
Caribbean Cuisines in the City of Dickinson. The restaurant was founded in 2021 and
opened for business in 2022.
The co-founder of the restaurant developed a passion for cooking at a young age. This
passion later inspired her to start a couple YouTube channels, growing to nearly
200,000 subscribers and counting, as of 2022. The experience of creating hundreds of
food video content, cooking for family and friends, coupled with the burning desire to
bring authentic Caribbean Cuisines to Dickinson became the basis for the founding of
the restaurant. The restaurant offers both Take Out and limited dine-in options.
