ND Soybean Council 2023 Elections In 2023, the North Dakota Soybean Council (NDSC) will hold elections in the following counties: District 2: Ransom & Sargent Counties North Dakota Soybean Council Our World Is Growing... For more information on NDSC's Election Process, please visit bit.ly/NDSCelections23 District 8: District 10: District 12: 4: Nelson, Griggs & Steele Counties Cavalier, Pembina & Walsh Counties McKenzie, Dunn, Billings, Golden Valley, Slope, Bowman, Stark, Hettinger, Adams, Mercer, Oliver, Morton, Grant, Sioux, McLean, Burleigh, Kidder, Logan, Sheridan, Emmons & McIntosh Counties Watch your mailbox for nomination forms! Nomination forms will be mailed to ND soybean producers December 7, 2022. Look for the green envelope in the mail. Completed nomination forms must be postmarked or hand delivered to county extension agent by December 23, 2022, for consideration. Official election ballots will be mailed by February 8, 2023, and must be postmarked or hand delivered to county extension agent by March 1, 2023. For districts comprised of only one county, the soybean producer elected in the county is also elected to fill a seat on the NDSC Board of Directors. If there is more than one county in the district, a soybean producer is elected in each county to serve as the NDSC County Representative. Those newly elected County Representatives then attend a meeting held by NDSU Extension and one is elected to serve as the director on the NDSC board.
