FIREWORKS SALE OF FIREWORKS: Fireworks may be sold in the City of Killdeer from June 27th through July 5th of each year between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. TIME OF DISCHARGE: Fireworks may be discharged on private property only or on public property with approval of the City Commission. After discharge, person(s) discharging fireworks shall be responsible for any damage occurring by those fireworks on other properties. Fireworks can be discharged between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on each of the following dates, July 3rd through July 5th of each year.
